The Illinois Interfaith Organization unites people of all faiths in a spirit of dialogue, dignity, and mutual respect. By honoring diversity and upholding human rights, we host cultural events that strengthen community bonds and nurture a deeper awareness of our shared humanity. We invite everyone to unite through our motto: “Unity in Diversity”.
Founded in the summer of 2021, our organization is a community-driven initiative committed to uniting diverse backgrounds through service and harmony. We envision a world deeply rooted in peace where diverse faiths come together in compassion and cooperation, recognizing the sacred bond that connects all people.
The Illinois Interfaith Organization is proud to recognize Jesse White, former Secretary of State of Illinois, as our esteemed Chief Guest. On February 21, 2026, during the official observance of Azeemi Day, Mr. White was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his decades of dedicated service and contributions to the community.
No culture can live if it attempts to be exclusive. The need of the moment is mutual respect and tolerance of each other’s religion to save our shared world.
