We celebrate humanity’s inception and the fact that everyone belongs to the same human family. Originally inspired by “Adam Day” introduced by Sufi scholar Khawaja Shamsuddin Azeemi, the vision was expanded by our organization to include “Eve” to reflect true partnership and unity.
Official Proclamation: The Hanover Park Park District has officially proclaimed the Second Sunday of August as Adam & Eve Day.
